I am using following system:

Type: Laptop System: LENOVO product: 20HGS3B400 v: ThinkPad T470s

CPU:

Dual Core model: Intel Core i5-7200U 
bits: 64 
type: MT MCP 
arch: Amber Lake 
rev: 9 
L2 cache: 3072 KiB 
flags: avx avx2 lm nx pae sse sse2 sse3 sse4_1 sse4_2 ssse3 vmx bogomips: 21607

System

Distro: Arch Linux
Compilers:  gcc: 9.2.0 clang: 9.0.1
hwloc: 1.11.13

I does not get any information about the CPU.

I've merged the PR. But I think it would be nice that if lscpu is not available the simpel cpuinfo_extractor that reads from /proc/cpuinfo is used. Since this is work-in-progress I leave the issue open.
