CAUTION: THIS DOES NOT WORK. This is a mere attempt of me using DQN to beat acrobot, does not work a bit. Maybe tuning the exploration decay right up will make the situation better. Also I think I fucked up the git push, the stuff below has nothing to do with the OpenAI Gym Acrobot, will update
