[Bug] Get 503 errors for <angular-material.js> and <angular-material.css> in <nut/public_html /index.html>

Describe the bug
As subject, get 503 errors while reach <nut/public_html /index.html>.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Access http://localhost:9000
2. Open debug console and will get the error in cosole.

Expected behaviour
When reached to the js & css defined in <script src="https://cdn.gitcdn.link/cdn/angular/bower-material/v1.1.10/angular-material.js"></script> directly, fount it's gone:

May be the two static resources should update your CDN address for angular material
