Describe the feature request
I regularly run into the problem of "x cannot be cleaned because it is currently running. Close it, and try again". Sure, I can always go into task manager or CMD and forcefully kill the process, but it'd be a lot easier if BleachBit did this automatically, like CCleaner does. It's honestly one of only 2 things about CCleaner that I miss since migrating over to BleachBit.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Expected behavior

Desktop (please complete the following information):
OS: Windows 10
BleachBit version: 4.6.0
Additional context
Tried looking if there was already an issue created about it, but the closest I could find was #162, which all the way from way back in 2016 and doesn't seem to have gone anywhere.
Obligatory props: Very well done nevertheless for those who contribute! Despite this (apparent) shortcoming, the rest of the program is almost entirely fanTASTIC! I appreciate your hard work!
