With the current calendar and time available, the most reasonable candidate is http://ieeevr.org/2015/?q=node/37 for which it is possible to have a 2 page paper and a poster to publicize a "project". I will look over the last BlenderCAVE papers and see what is necessary to make a new brief BlenderVR announcement paper.

Deadline is 17-nov, Monday.

@dfelinto Did you get a chance to look over quickly the 2-page article on sharelatex? https://www.sharelatex.com/project/54661b39060726b25d63a00a
It must be submitted today (Monday).
Please give a look to be sure we are technically coherent with the current version from your point of view. @PyrApple looked at it already over the weekend and @touraine won't have the time before submission.

Hi Brian, overall it's good and complete.

I did a few corrections (e..g, trunk > master), fixed a few English typos, and added two commented out texts (see %blabalbla --df%).

I also added two new biblio inputs, but I didn't link them in the text since we would go over 2 pages.

The only think I consider changing but that we may as well leave for a later article is the 'feature' of BlenderVR of changing the .blend file on-the-fly to adapt the same sample file to different VR-labs (aka VR setups in the article).
