Change questions used to reduce Ben possibilities.

There is a good chance that the user won't know anything about the Ben they are looking for, except for the department they work in. Especially as we hire more.

I think the first question should be "Which department does the Ben you are looking for work in"?

I wonder if there needs to be two tracks though. Maybe you just met a ben in the hall, and you want to find out more?
