Mock missing close() function and QueryTypes #54

Had to manually add it

import Sequelize from 'sequelize'
import SequelizeMock from 'sequelize-mock'
const dbMock = new SequelizeMock()
dbMock.close = () => Promise.resolve() // sequelize-mock does not include a close mock
dbMock.QueryTypes = Sequelize.QueryTypes
