Hi, I'm Panicwarlord, I wanted to ask about this DiLiS for Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls, I read on the internet that it is possible to play offline with open source DiLiS on PC, is it true that you can play offline? if yes tell me how to play offline and not online, please help me! an answer and thanks!

there are also some site not offline. you can using wireshark to view the packet and see.
