Unhandled Exception at initialization - GenericADOException discord-related error?

I'm trying to run this server to check out if I can even run the thing.

I compiled the currently available test stable code with VS22, using .net 7. Next I did the SQL steps using postgre.

When it got to running Blizzless.exe, it shuts down every single time, because there's apparently some sort of discord related issue here. I have no clue what's wrong because I'm just not experienced enough at least for now.

Did I make a mistake by using the test (unstable) code instead of some more stable code? Or is there a fix for this?
