Add webforms to custom grid exceptions. Happened to me too....

is solved after i add the article:) add adminhtml_webforms* and * to custom grid exceptions.

This actually is a bug in the webforms module, you should report it there. I encountered this bug a year as go, fixed it for my self and went on with my business. Shame on me for not reporting it to Vladimir ;)
