I and some of my friends really want it. I'll give you star and possibly PRs (but I'm not quite familiar with web frontend tech stack).

Hey ! I am no front end dev, I just got the theme from https://github.com/adityatelange/hugo-PaperMod and ported to zola.
But I am open to the idea.
