Versions of snakemake and blobtoolkit

Hello,

I previously run blobtoolkit pipeline using snakemake 6.15.5. As I switched to a different cluster I had snakemake and blobtoolkit installed but did not pay attention and the --stats option is not in use anymore in the latest versions of snakemake (I have 8.4.2 installed). This causes the pipeline to fail as all the rules are using that option.

Is there a quick fix for this ? Change the blobtoolkit call to snakemake so they don't use the --stats option ? Just downgrade to a previous version of snakemake ? Other ideas ?

Hi, I've just made a 4.3.5 release that removes the --stats flag so should work with newer versions of snakemake 8
