epic: native ether and ERC1155 swaps

Describe the Feature Request

The revision branch is out and needs a few tests to guarantee the contract is working correctly. The main subjects that need to be addressed in this epic are:

• Swap with Native Ether
• Swap with ERC1155
• Unitary Tests
• Scripts

• test: create unitary tests for building native ether transfers in TestSwapFactory.test.ts #205
• test: create unitary tests to implement native ether transfers in TestSwaplace.test.ts #206
• test: create unitary tests for building ERC1155 assets in TestSwapFactory.test.ts #207
• test: create unitary tests to implement ERC1155 assets for 1-1, 1-N and N-N #208
• refactor: scripts for running the test suit with makefile need to be upgraded because of native ether feature #209
• refactor: include ERC1155 mock to be deployed with the other types with the test suit scripts #210
• refactor: include ERC1155 to be minted and approved with the other token types #211
• refactor: include ERC1155 in the createSwap() and acceptSwap() scripts #212
