Blockmason Dev Updates for May 15th:

CP / Lndr Backend:

1. Automated deployment of the CP API allowing continuous deployment
2. Initial PR submitted for multi-settlement Lndr server code
3. Configured CircleCI for BlockmasonBot

Lndr Update:

1. Added an app loading screen for iOS
2. Began testing on latest version in preparation for release
