I am running a tool that queries using simple get requests so wondering if you would consider adding the option to provide the api key as part of the URL?

@krasi-georgiev Thanks for the feedback/suggestion. I will tag @dmarzzz here as he leads the Gas Price API team and will be able to let you know if they would consider this.

hey @krasi-georgiev , is there still a need for this? We've added some additional capacity to the team so can probably add this to the list in a week or two.

Hi @krasi-georgiev - thank you for suggesting this feature! I'll be looking into it this week! Will update this issue as we have updates on it.

I have moved to a different gas calculation strategy so feel free to skip this feature request

Hi @krasi-georgiev - this feature has been added. You can now send your API key in the URL to authenticate.
