Add more options

Add more options in Blokada 5 like in Blokada 4 for example to manually update filters and app, to send logs automatically and set the auto filter update time to 12 hours

The filter lists aren't parsed from their maintainer's list, but from a mirror. Hence, updating it in the app manually won't have any effect if they aren't updated on the mirror.
