Missing link in Wiki -> Getting Started page

In Getting Started -> Build Configurations and Options section there is a missing link to the details on the Safe mode build configuration.

Text currently reads:

"See [this] page for more details on Safe mode." with no link.

This is correct, that material has not yet been written (or is not in a publishable state). I'll get someone to look into this so we can figure when it might be available. Sorry for the confusion.
