When building from a source tarball I get

CMake Error at CMakeLists.txt:8 (add_subdirectory):
  The source directory

    /Users/ukorn/miniconda3/conda-bld/turbodbc_1487312827180/work/turbodbc-1.0.1/pybind11

  does not contain a CMakeLists.txt file.

It would be helpful to specify the pybind11 location separately instead of relying on the vendored one.

Should use the sdist tarball instead.
