qrencode-win32 does not compile on XP successfully

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download zip file containing code
2. Try to compile on VS, gives error cannot find png.h
3. Adjust the include path in VS. It is ./,./png - not correct
4. Then compile again, cannot open libpng15d.lib error is received

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
how to get the solution compiled succesfully

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP

Provided pathes work well for VS2005.

PNG libraries now put to hg. 

ZIP file with sources now deprecated.
