[FEATURE] - Set GIF as thumbnail

My problem

For some BPs, aside the title and description, it would be useful to visually show what a BP does by playing a short ~10s GIF.

My suggestion

I want to be able to upload screen recording of GIF taken. This should be autoplay when I hover over list of BP. This will allow us to have a quick preview of what the purpose of the BP is.

Alternatives

Could be use a heavily compressed .mp4 or other motion picture file.

Additional context

Issue here may be the current size of thumbnail is bit too small to effectively see the GIF.
Again this is only useful to some BPs that have some visual effect to game such as showing a character jumping, or spawing items via mouse clicks; may not be useful for BPs that perhaps simply calculates the distance of two actors. However the option to upload GIF would be great.
