CI: area detector tests need better timeout settings?

Seems like this has cropped up in a few places:

• Define last_status_object property in Signal class #994 (comment) (though most recent commits pass)
• ENH: Upstream helpful PV Positioners, add wait_for_value util #1046 (comment) : failed at ophyd/tests/test_areadetector.py::test_str_smoke[pyepics]
• MAINT: reduce log level of spammy self.log.info log messages to debug #1047 : failed earlier, at ophyd/tests/test_areadetector.py::test_tiff_plugin[pyepics]
• ENH: Add EpicsSignalNoValidation #1044 : failed at ophyd/tests/test_areadetector.py::test_str_smoke[pyepics]

Symptoms are transient, tests seem to fail somewhere in the areadetector block of tests, but not for all test suites
