Can I ddos wifi connections or any other mobile devices if i have their ip?

If yes , then what ip should i attack?

The public ip or internal ip or local ip?

Oh shit sorry i didn't open any mailbox due to school life problem but let answer this issues.
answer is all ip type up to router or device, if you select target are local ip like 192.168.1.xxx it will attack that device ip if public server you can ping or access it, that can attack too.

but attack size and performance will up to your device, router, wifi, etc.
