I got this error:

I think fopen is off, there is possibility of alternative code?

Hi,

There must be a problem with locale notation. It should not be en-US but en_US .
I will review this within the next days...

For a quick fix please copy magento_root/var/bluevisiontec/googleshoppingapi/data/taxonomy.en_US.txt to magento_root/var/bluevisiontec/googleshoppingapi/data/taxonomy.en-US.txt
