As a Site User I want to be notified when an action is successful/unsuccessful so that I know what is going on.

I will know this is done when the following tasks have been completed:

Create messages for each user action
Create prompts for form error messages so that the user knows how to fix the issue
Add these messages to all the relevant forms/pages
