As a Site User I want to be able to checkout securely so that I know that my personal data is not at risk

I will know this is done when the following tasks are completed:

Stripe account is setup
Stripe Checkout is configured in test mode
Stripe Webhook is configured
Create Checkout session is configured
Create a Checkout form
