Daily safe time

Hi,
first sorry for my bad english.
I Try to convert Your prodoct to support persian date and found new bug.
In Extensible.Date.add use millisecond to add day or week or hour or .. . but In Daily safe time
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Daylight_saving_time
one day may 25 hours or 23 hours.
