The latest version on master doesn't seem to actually do anything with AWSAccessKeyID and AWSSecretAccessKey. As a result, I am getting a "403 denied" error. Going to attempt a pull request for this, unless you happen to have a more recent version of this code and it just needs to be pushed up.

@rashkov I pass these explicitly in the on_picture_save script.
