Extra categories for good with children

Many people are asking if they can add items to the "good with kids" list. Currently, it's sourced from lkynun.

Add a new lookup, lksynunk - it contains the same values for Yes, No, Unknown, but two extra values - over 5s only and over 12s only. Keeping the same values means it won't break any reports outright that use it.

Since the resolution of good with is done in animal.get_animal_query things like wordprocessor.py that feed in to website publishing should get the new values automatically. animal.js will need to be updated as well with the new lookup passed from the server endpoint.
