Suddenly slows Chrome on OS X #7
Comments
hi Pat512, Also when you didn't have inbox open? Are you able to share your computer specs? |
Once it's happened, it continues to happen with Inbox closed. I have Inbox open all the time, so I haven't explored with just GMail. It's an intermittent problem, so I know this is only circumstantial evidence that it's the extension. OS X Yosemite 10.10.1 Chrome 39.0.2171.95 (64-bit), less any updates since disabling the extension a week ago. Is that what you need? |
Should be fixed now, please wait for the update |

If you find any new bugs, please let me know :-) |
Since installing the extension, I've had intermittent sudden slowdowns (significant lags on every keypress) in all of my Chrome tabs, using up-to-date Chrome and OS X Yosemite. Other applications work fine.
Restarting Chrome does not help--it takes a full system reboot. I disabled the extension about a week ago with no other changes, and it hasn't happened since.
