Possibly could be fixed by #10 if I ever get around to that?

hey man, thank you for keeping working on this, and please let me know if i can help with testing.
however, you should know that growl itself is sort of breaking down on the latest win10 - like, if you double-click on the tray icon the program just dies, lol. no window opens, the service quits, and opening it again doesn't display new notifications. if i don't touch it and load everything at startup with admin powers, it will work fine (some notifs are missed but i think that's to do with my wonky jailbroken iphone setup).
honestly, maybe we've finally reached the limits of how long we can ride a dead horse, and at about a decade since growl's last update, it's been pretty long! at least for windows10, your contribution with this action-centre embedded display is probably one of the few reasons growl for windows is even googled these days. i just feel bad you keep working on this if growl itself is breaking on win10 without @briandunnington or anyone else updating the original program
