To give insight into things on the day/allow easier analysis for more constituencies after the day.

Not sure how this would fit into dashboard - separate analytics pages?

Similar to #126 but less fleshed out.

Eventually would be useful for system to be clever and offer suggestions for what you should do - for now it should just present all relevant info to organiser and they can decide what to do #132
