Hi, i've installed your menus on Ubuntu-64 20.04.
I use the ubuntu-unity-desktop package and classicmenu-indicator to show the menus.
I use WineHQ from: https://wiki.winehq.org/Ubuntu
Probably in case of WineHQ instead Wine from the distro, your files should be installed into the /opt directory.
Additionally I think, it should be good to update by the MakeFile script:
/usr/share/applications/bamf-2.index
/usr/share/applications/mimeinfo.cache
/usr/share/applications/defaults.list

I neither see low-resolution nor scalable icons.
Here the result of the installation:
etc_xdg_menus.zip
usr_share_desktop-directories.zip
usr_share_applications.zip
usr_share_icons.zip
usr_share_wine.zip
opt_wine-stable_share_applications.zip
.config_menus.zip
.local_share_applications.zip
.local_share_desktop-directories.zip
.local_share_icons.zip
