Duplicate resource declaration:

Evaluation Error: Error while evaluating a Resource Statement, Duplicate declaration: Archive[/tmp/latest.tar.gz] is already declared at (file: /etc/puppetlabs/code/environments/production/modules/wordpress/manifests/instance.pp, line: 88); cannot redeclare

Use a unique namevar instead and set the path in the parameters.
