logon popup not showing

in some web sites that require logon using popup the logon will
not show i have added example jpg how it normaly looks in chrome

no it doen't 
also in the same web site when the mouse is over an item there should be some 
type of tool tip info look at the picture

Maybe you should refer to this site then: https://bugs.webkit.org/

Via OWS's code there is nothing that can be done.
