check that data that can't be processed in Oban queues aren't being retried for nothing #820
check cache limits (so we don't fill up RAM completely), make them configurable and set sensible limits (maybe automatically as a percentage of RAM?)
implement and run some load testing, eg. with https://github.com/polleverywhere/chaperon or actually simply benchee
consider adding a write-buffer for incoming federation #811
