Describe the bug
File size doesn't display in the user export page when using s3 storage

When using s3 we get a This backend doesn't support absolute paths. error from the get_file_size template filter.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. use s3 storage
  2. export user
  3. go to user exports page and see that nothing is displayed for file size

Expected behavior
We need to determine the file size a different way for files stored in s3
