Add option to reconfigure

Would it be possible to add an option to reconfigure the widget without having 
to remove it and then put it back? I could live with that the option would only 
be available if the widget has a title (so clicking the title would open the 
settings).

Or add a small icon for settings (like for example Pure Calendar widget).
