I guess the only bulk action would be 'Delete' for now. See http://redmine.gc.cuny.edu/issues/1417

Additional bulk actions could include the ability to associate with groups, or place in folders. See https://wordpress.org/support/topic/setting-group-id-other-fields-via-wp-all-import-plugin/
