Currently the room members are shown upon entering a room, and available at any time via the /who command.
/who
Allow an option to show room participants, possibly by splitting the main window.

This has now been added in master.
The list of occupants is broken down by role (Moderator, Participant, Visitor). The occupants panel is shown by default. To hide the panel:
/occupants hide
To show the panel:
/occupants show
To change the default for whether or not to show the panel when entering a new room:
/occupants default show /occupants default hide
If the list goes off the bottom of the screen, shift-down and shift-up should page through it.
