Code display (Markdown) is not normal in evernote

I use sublime-evernote on sublime text 3 and edit notes using markdown editing plugin. But when I type code in sublime and save to evernote by "Update Evernote Note", the code display is not normal in evernote client.

Evernote Version: 6.5.4.4720
Sublime Version: build 3126

Remove the space between ``` and shell.
