Maybe add scroll as pointer event for fully unification?

scroll is a synthetic event that's created in the browser depending on context. For example, in a touch/mobile setting, scroll is synthesized on touch drag, but in a mouse/desktop setting, it's synthesized based on mousewheel/two-finger track/scrollbar interactions.

I don't see how this fits into pointer.js context.
