In order to use code signing via SignPath the binaries need to be build via appveyor.

the following unoffical languages are not installed on the system:

  • "ChineseSimplified.isl"
  • "ChineseTraditional.isl"
  • "Hungarian.isl"
  • "Korean.isl"

Replaced with MSI (Wix Version 5)
