Допустим я захочу развернуть навык из примера про кошку или собаку. Как это сделать? Как запустить этот навык на компьютере для тестов?

Вам понадобится статический IP/VPS/VDS/ngrok
Добавьте в конец кода следующее:

if name == 'main':
skill.run(host="0.0.0.0")

Теперь запустите код с помощью команды: python3 name_of_script.py
