migrate from LENS v1 to LENS v2 #941

Since 27/11/2023, the LENS testnet API v1 is decommissioned. Production API v1 will follow in January 2024.

We need to ensure the dApp will support working as much as possible without LENS (for ex: do not crash) --> issue #940

In addition, we should look at the implication migration of LENS profile from v1 to v2 will have for us:

change the API URL links
adapt to the new API (changes to be identified)
describe how our existing sellers can migrate from v1 to v2
describe how new sellers can create LENS profile v2 (if different from v1)
