may I ask what you are going to use it for? I can well imagine to share the self-taken photos. Regarding the publicly available photos (from DBPedia, Bing, etc.) , I would encourage you to use the provided code and download the images yourself (unsure about the licenses).

Well, my research direction is stairs detection.For academic purposes, I want to use dataset to improve algorithm to help the blind
