Strange Behavior in NLU Classification

I have added 4 intents to NLU

This is NLU Pipeline

NLU Results are Strange

The expected results for Order Pizza and order pizza should be the same, any reasons why it acts like this

You have to add examples of every intent. You are writing order pizza but there is no intent nor examples of pizza. That's why it doesn't catch any intent (fallback).
Another matter, when you write a word starting with capital latter not on your NLU example, it considers it as name.

Thanks @Abu-Ishak . I want order pizza to be handled un case sensitive. For my use case both entries should triggers fallback. Do you suggest any modifications to pipeline
