It looks like there is no way to wait for an Aurora cluster to be Available .. a waiters pool would be great!

This seems like a simple change to the rds/waiters2.json file, which the docs say is generated upstream automatically - why aren't these waiters already there? That seems like it's an issue with the upstream generation process.

Waiters are indeed written and maintained by service teams. We have a request to the team to add cluster-related waiters, but no timeline for when this would be implemented. You can follow along on this issue:

aws/aws-sdk#137
