A user must have the ability to upload a file (file, photo, video) in a Facebook Messenger conversation and the chatbot admin/agent must be able to get access to the file. |

This PR adds support for receiving file content-elements (audio, video, images, pdf, etc...) with Messenger (channel v1.0.0 only).
