Similar to the event posts in our system, we should have equipment posts. To this end, we have to implement a page where users can create equipment posts by filling title, description, location, sport and equipment types. Page design can be similar to the create event page.

I have implemented the necessary page for this functionality, I also implemented controller method to send the equipment post to the backend server. Pull request is #328
