Issue Description

There should be indicating number showing the count of notifications.
Notification will have two types. Workspace notification, NodeView Notification.
Notification will have default text and backend will send as follows (type: notification, workspace id: 10, from: omer) And frontend should render this as You have a notification on workspace with id 10 from omer.

Use Flutter portal widget on web
